I did but not the audience for that as we would have today.

Every bit of the audience that mattered was there on Saturday.

But that's exactly what he was in the House hearings. And that was appropriate in the House.

Not the Senate.

It should have to do with all three. There's no reason that can't be done.

We must have totally different views of what that type of behavior is then...where exactly did JJ act undignified or as a screeching monkey? I simply don't get where you are pulling your opinion from?

Did you also not watch Saturday? There were a solid three hours of exactly that. quote: Today is probably the biggest audience the R's are going to get and Starr's constitutional brilliance isn't gonna impress the viewers/voters This has nothing to do with viewers and voters. This is about the Senators and deciding exactly how this country will go forward with Impeachment. We have no say in it outside voting for our Congressmen.

I watched Saturday and it was good, not sure what the viewership was but I think today may be the biggest audience that's why I'm keeping the presentation at street level with hard hitting pushback on Schitty and Nadless using my lawyers who are equipped to deliver the defense with a dose of emotion. Starr is brilliant but for most viewers this isn't resonating.

Make no doubt about it. President Trump always has one eye on the Court of public opinion.

The senators minds have already been made up, should have been a vote on Day 1.

And you still don't seem to understand the Senate is not the place for what you're calling for. The place for that was the House.

The entire reason we are where we are is one party shitting all over the laws and tradition of this nation. Someone has to be the adult in the room.

By watching the hearings? He was yelling in just about all of his time. I have no issue with that. It was appropriate for that place and time.

And now is not the time for that type of attack.

Listening to this is like reading a Supreme Court opinion.

Not the most exciting thing in the world, but a great way to put a legal issue (here, impeachment, obviously) into historical perspective.

I'm enjoying it.

An air-tight argument based on history and legal precedent of why this impeachment is unprecedented and goes against everything this nation was founded on.

I'm glad someone else understands why Starr is saying what he is.

He is putting on a class right now. It's very interesting. He's smoking all of the Dem talking points.

Okay, except for the fact that that Scumbag Schiff and Nutless Nadler wouldn't even let the GOP call their own witnesses.

I'm not for unbridled hyperbole, but we need a little more emotion and passion than this. I think Sekulow will bring a little more "fire in the belly" when he speaks. That's why I predicted a few days ago that Sekulow would be the most impressive member of Trump's team. Maybe Derschowitz a close second.

If it was me I’d do this

Put on the video of Biden bragging and the video of nobody saying Trump committed a crime along with Baron comment
Have Starr discuss the huge mistakes in investigations especially not waiting for subpoenas
Dershowitz discuss constitutional mistakes
Sekulow bring up malfeasance by managers
Cippolone wrap

After he is done, they may not need to say anything else. He is able to discredit the whole process without having to go after the House managers. I'm sure the Senators and Chief Justice are appreciative.
