Hawley up right now during the break saying, because the House Managers are talking so much about Joe and Hunter... at this point, they'll have to call them as witnesses since they are putting them front and center in their presentation as to why Trump is Orange Man Bad.

Can someone explain what’s happening?
The Dems have 3 days the the Republicans have 3 days then they vote & its over or is this 3 days each to vote on witnesses then that starts?
I guess I expected something different than what I’ve been watching

3 8 hour days for House Managers (yesterday, today, tomorrow)... 3 8 hour days for White House lawyers (Saturday, Monday, Tuesday)
On Wednesday (I assume?) they will start introducing motions and such to call witnesses, introduce new evidence, and so on... they'll debate on those motions and then go from there. Or they could just outright dismiss the entire thing based on what they hear in the opening statements.

Dems are banking on Pubs dismissing all of this, they really don't want it to go to trial. Thats why they brought up Joe and Hunter. They dont think the republicans have the guts to take it to a trial.
It will be amazing to see the pubs say lets take it to trail, and the melt that will happen following it.
