Philbin just rattles off all this shite while barely looking at notes.

And the question was from Sinema, so not likely he knew what it was before it came through.

So they didn’t charge Trump with an actual crime of bribery, when they could have, because Abuse of Power is a worse charge.. Right..

If they operate in good faith, if they really wanted a fair resolution, they would allow the chief justice to make these decisions.....Yeah frick you Shiff, Constitution be damned, lets let 1 man decide impeachment instead of 100. You are a fricking joke

I think the silence speaks for itself.

Schiff can’t even mount a defense to that one such as denying the witness’ existence.

It's so ridiculous it's laughable. Clinton had 11 charges.

You charge for each individual crime. You don't say "oh, that's part of abuse of power" like Nads did earlier.

Morons.

What they are essentially asking is that team Trump surrender his legal rights to appeal any decision and just let Roberts make arbitrary decisions... if you ever find yourself in court and you hear your counsel seriously considering an offer from the prosecution for a similar deal, find a new lawyer.

As Sekulow pointed out, Dems tried this in the house too and they charged him with obstruction of congress because he didn’t go along with it.

Which goes back to the case being fundamentally flawed, through total fricking incompetence and/or there not actually being anything that resembles an actual charge to be made.

Good night? It’s been a great week for the White House counsel. They have won on every argument.....total destruction.
