Where did you see that happen in the video? I didn’t see him pull out a gun. It looked like he was alternating between having his hands on the ground and trying to protect his head.

I see them struggling to contain this guy knowing he had a weapon on him. Those items taken were backup mags. As the guy got his hand lose long enough to grab the gun they ended the situation. Your clearly out of your mind that many cops taking that long and wrestling away items wanted to kill first.

We’re just going to have to agree to disagree.
In my view, he entered the situation looking for trouble. If the pistol was merely for his own defense, a single magazine should’ve been sufficient. To me, more than one in that situation implies that he was looking to do some damage.

This is just dumb. In the split second, in the middle of several agents fighting to subdue the guy...... anything can happen. The person responsibfor this is the dead guy.
He never should have fought with officers and never should have engaged with them while carrying a concealed firearm. The dead guy is 100% responsible.
