Do an investigation of crimes. Indict the scum. Then the defense will say we have a pardon. Then fight the authenticity of that pardon.

If the pardon is overturned because it is shown that Biden didn't actually sign it then that is a win.
If the pardon is not declared null then the public will have been made aware that person X is a criminal and is not receiving justice because of a pardon. smaller win.

Hold on cowboy. The problem isn't the autopen. The problem is Brandon's minions probably signed or got him to sign most of the pardons without his knowledge or consent. Brandon also didn't have the mental capacity to understand what was going on. Not a slam dunk case, but it will be fun to watch the investigation and to see these commies under oath

You seem to be giving a prosecutor’s determination over a singular decision of whether or not to prosecute so much weight that it affects another court’s decision.
