No WWIII was there? No US troops invading Cuba. In fact JFK cut a deal to get Russian nukes out of Cuba. We had to back off putting missiles in Turkey too.
And Russia continued to put troops in Cuba, mess with Central and South America.

I thought we were in agreement for once: Trump just made this up. He was lying when he said there was any kind of truce.
At any rate, the Russians attacked a Ukrainian power plant today. So, both sides have shown that either Trump was lying or they don't take him seriously.
