You are a fricking idiot.

He has an absolute right to appeal.

The bond is to suspend the enforcement of the judgment while appealed.

If she acts on the judgment while under appeal without bond, she absolutely subjects herself to claims for wrongful seizure if the judgment is reversed because it is not yet a final judgment. She would be acting on the judgment at her peril (and no immunity).

Who was defrauded? The bank who received the loan paid back in full

I just read that they can’t actually seize any of Trumps stuff because he is mortgaged out his arse. The narrative that all these loans were paid back doesn’t seem to be true .

The lesson here is that if you are going to commit fraud, don’t also be an absolute piece of shite human being.

So, if you defraud actual victims, but are otherwise a nice guy, that’s ok?

Some of you fricking people. I swear.

And on top of that the loans were repaid in full.. so tell me what fraud was committed?

I guess you could say if anything, the banks were fraudulent so they could loan out more money than they should to earn a profit on something they otherwise couldn't have. If Trump committed fraud, then the banks involved are all complicit in the act as well. Why aren't they all on trial?

Well, your opinion is 100% wrong, so at least there's that.

True.

But I do have a problem with DAs promising to get political enemies during elections.

That doesn't mesh with being apolitical at all.

I'm sure you are ok with it considering the target. It's expected.

It's weird seeing Tboy's and SFP's concede the judgement is ridiculous.

I still don't understand the math for how they got the number they got. A Judgment has to reflect some sort of metric for how it is determined, otherwise it is just an arbitrary number. While I didn't follow the trial to the point of knowing exactly what was introduced, the reporting about the trial has not demonstrated a discernable method. That's problematic, even if there was intentional fraud.

Jesus. You can’t even get the most basic legal terms correct. Yet you have an opinion. Opining from a place of complete ignorance.

You shouldn’t believe everything you read on the internet. Executives from the bank testified that they received 100 percent of the principal and interest on the note. Are you shocked?

Absolutely, but they won't understand. If a libtard could think and reason, it wouldn't be a libtard in the first place.

Wouldn't it stand to reason that if one of the banks didn't get their money back, the last place they'd show up is as witnesses for the DEFENSE?

It would be hilarious to see the left’s heads explode if Putin loaned the whole amount to him.

How does one commit fraud and not damage? Doesn’t make sense. It’s either financial physical or mental damage but something was damaged

Wouldn't it be funny if Trump leveraged them again? I just heard on the radio the judge stayed the decision barring him from borrowing in NY.

I'm betting they get nothing from Trump.
