You liberals keep parroting this but can’t actually show what fraud was committed. This is political persecution

It’s a damn shame that they take your money just for committing fraud.

Its a damn shame anyone would steal his money for no fraud committed.

Warbo, he did indeed commit some “fraud”. To the point of stealing $350M from him? That’s ridiculous and wrong.

The left hates the government taking from people until they don’t.

The lesson here is that idiots like you obviously do not know the definition of fraud. The bold above describes your libtard arse.

The banks did not use his appraisals. They used their own. ALL banks do their own appraisals. How did Trump commit fraud.

Do you not understand the concept of net worth? Do you think Elon has $208 billion sitting in a vault somewhere ready to spend?

They’ll take it.
Never give them what they want. Negotiate. Y’all people pay retail for what you purchase? Nonsense!

James should be pretty frickin wary about taking any actions against Trump's assets. Wrongful seizure is a real thing.

IF Trump can't suspend the Judgment, it would not be a wrongful seizure. She also has immunity.

That aside, reduction in the bond obligation to $100 million shouldn't be controversial. The court should grant that.

Who was defrauded? The bank who received the loan paid back in full, plus interest, to the point of giving Trump a public award?

With the evidence that I have seen it is obvious that Biden and his family have committed treason at worst, multiple lesser laws broken, and tax evasion at least. Yes he should be impeached and then prosecuted by the DOJ. Any normal person (including you or I) would have the DOJ/IRS coming off the top ropes on us.

Bonds don't typically have to be in cash. In most jurisdictions you can post a security interest in property to satisfy a bond. If he has enough equity in his New York real estate, he could post a property bond.

Again, the Court should grant a reduction in the bond amount to the $100 million, especially if there are assets within the jurisdiction that can be seized.

Evidently it was because they said so.

I’ve yet to been able to hear/read of any complaints from the lenders or anyone identified as a victim. And if there’s one thing that’s popular nowadays it’s victimhood so you’d think at least one person would’ve come forth.
