Is Trump trying to play spectator like Dan, Kash and Bondi?

Distraction?

This administration can walk and chew gum, unlike the previous one that couldn’t climb the steps to AF1.

Proof that epstein killed himself?

I don't know if anyone has provided proof of this. Just speculation on the internet.

I bet John Durham would fricking wreck shop, since he's already done the SC thing and laid the groundwork for the Russiagate prosecutions.

So who does the appointing? How does this work?

The same way the Jan 6 Committee was appointed.

Find the most partisan hacks on your side and leave the other side completely in the dark.

We've openly seen the sort of interference that activist judges can inject into the process. Jeb Boasberg himself was involved in the Clinesmith abortion of a trial. Are we supposed to believe that it wasn't until 2025 that he lost his mind?

Just because the Clinesmith & Danchenko trials didn't result in the defendants getting nailed to the wall, that doesn't mean that the evidentiary groundwork that was laid doesn't suddenly vanish.

The Clinton campaign bankrolling the AlfaBank hoax and Steele Dossier, both

Clinesmith's plea reveals the FBI midhandled evidence in Crossfire Hurricane

Danchenko fabricated claims in the Steele Dossier

The FBI knew the Steele Dossier was horse shite, but proceeded with the illegal surveillance ops anyway

The Bureau was positively eaten up with confirmation bias and a rush to establish a predicate for the spying op they were illegally running on folks in the orbit of the Trump campaign

Crossfire Hurricane was opened on unsubstantiated evidence from Joseph Mifsud that was heresay at best.

Cherry on top - Mifsud wasn't even found to be a Russian operative, but rather more likely a CHS of some western intel agency.

The FBI hired Danchenko in 2017 despite his history as an unreliable CHS, including a 2010 investigation into him

The FBI deliberately concealed exculpatory evidence from the FISC as they sought to get into the Trump campaign

The Steele dossier wasn't the basis for Crossfire Hurricane but they went on record multiple times to assert that it was.

The FBI never disclosed that Charles Dolan (a known Clinton campaign associate) was the basis for much of the fabricated Steele dossier allegations

All of those things were proven in court.

How is this possible when the other side is keenly aware of the steps they took to rig the election and install an illegitimate criminal gang in the highest levels of the Executive branch via bloodless coup?

Maybe.

Waste hella resources and tax payer money for something that happened almost 6 years ago?

Move on. Stay focused on the present and future.

Lol, so the idea of multi tasking is a foreign concept to you after all. You referencing it not being marketable skill is odd because any job that you could get would require breathing and performing at the same time.
