Ukraine isnt going to give anything up and the sitting US president shouldn't expect them to. Especially since we are talking about helping Putin achieve Russian goals of terror and subjugation.

Russia really wants to conquer Ukraine. How dare Ukraine not agree to be conquered. If Ukraine would just allow Russia to conquer it, the war would be over. It's all Ukraine's fault.

Geez. This hasn't been a question since week two of Russia invading Ukraine. When Zylenski backed out of a peace agreement he had already agreed to.

Why should Zelensky bow to Putin and Trump ? Ukraine has all but defeated a Russian invasion and survived Trumps posturing. Ukraine threw the 20th century land battle doctrine in the trash and changed fundamental warfare in a decade.

The Ukrainian military has found the means and methods to make Putin pay a high cost for invading Ukraine, With that said I can see why Zeelenskee is wanting to claw back some of the early ground losses before any peace deal is inked.
