I once caused my spelling bee team in grammar school to lose the bee...I misspelled valley...I left out the "e"...yes, I know my weaknesses...all of them...but it's not debate, because I only pick fights I know I can win...and when I was talking one day with an Iranian, I hardly spoke but to ask questions, because she knew so much more about that part of the world...so there!

The FDA sucks at getting their messaging out. They are losing to the likes of Jenny McCarthy.
Also, that doesn't address IDing cause of increased cases of autism/asbergers.

Not a doubt in my mind Phil would be exposed as an Anti-Semite, White Supremacist Vaccine Autism Truther... watch out Phil! I see a chemtrail over your house!

I don't disagree with that...but it would go a long ways to quelling vaccine fears and I can think of many worse things the government spends money on.

Are you under the impression the government ISN'T spending money on autism research?

boosie, Cuckeye, Vlad, is that you?

No.
I'm under the impression they aren't doing enough to allay fears on vaccines. And calling the other side stupid or crazy (even if they are) doesn't help the problem.
For instance, look at what the government did to try and get people to sign up for Obamacare with full blown advertising etc, then look at what is done to promote vaccine safety.
This is a serious issue and if the government doesn't get off its a** we will see a re-emergence of diseases that have pretty much been eradicated in the US. A full blown "campaign" with PR work and research is in order IMO.

There shouldn't be any serious amount of consideration given to these "fears."

I lived in Thailand two separate times...Pattaya is where the whore hounds go for strange and group sex and the sort...I don't partake in any of that stuff...the beach is shitty there so no is the answer to your question...I prefer the island of Samui and Phuket...English is no problem anywhere in Thailand...
btw, I've already established my bonafides on the race question on the jews and blacks...do some research...I covered all this before...

While that sounds good and all, its going to severely increase the chance of outbreaks and really harm those that can't, for legitimate medical reasons, take vaccines.

I just wonder why autism has sky-rocketed in the West so fast?

The lizard people have deemed it so.

I personally lean towards increased recognition by doctors as being the biggest factor. Dietary and environmental factors are a bigger cause than vaccines. Take a look at grocery carts next time you're in a store and ask yourself how the person eating that crap won't have health problems.

It's not like most medical conditions where there is a biometric test; psychometric assesment and the diagnostic criteria have much more error and ambiguity.

As Iosh already pointed out, these people will not be convinced. What specifically do you think needs to be done?

Let's not pretend the problem is bigger than it is. The childhood vaccination rate across the country is still extremely high with all vaccines other than HPV and it is increasing. Flu is a whole other animal because it's harder to get adults to get shots.
If we would simply remove all school exemptions other than medical ones we would have our kids damn near 100% immunized within this decade.
