Alex Bruesewitz, a political strategist who worked on Donald Trump's successful 2024 campaign, has collapsed on stage during a speech in New York City.

The 27-year-old was in the middle of speaking to the 112th annual New York Young Republicans gala alongside Trumpworld heavyweights like Steve Bannon and Dan Scavino on Sunday night when he suddenly toppled over the podium.

Bruesewitz started looking visibly amiss as he began slurring his speech - and at one point, the MAGA strategist openly stated: 'I'm forgetting my words.'

Just read he was being treated on site by EMTs. They said looked like a seizure. I googled his name and he posted on X that he watched Adam Schiff on the morning shows today. That’s enough to kill anybody.

Some say seizure, other say stroke.

Freaking 27 is way too young for a stroke.

He could've just fainted.

In '23, LSU WBB player Sa'Myah Smith slowly lost consciousness on the podium risers during their championship White House ceremony. She was rolled off in a WC and was perfectly coherent minutes later; was mostly embarrassed. Likely locked her knees for too long.

I'm surprised more fainting spells like this don't occur more often. Alex was probably very nervous, which sped up his heartbeat and at the same time lowering his BP and couldn't get blood to his brain. His brain responded by saying, "hey we need to lay on the floor...I need some blood". So he fainted.

Locking your knees while standing for a long period can cause that.

The number of dudes I saw do that in the military, especially basic was mind boggling. We were always warned not to lock our knees but some idiots never learned.

"Vaccine" status would be an interesting point to know.
