Trump advised to pare back lengthy coronavirus briefings

Thank god because it was all the same shite the last two weeks
- vents
- tests
- we gotta open but a live saved is worth it
- there are 20 million unemployed Americans, Trump, what are your thoughts. "um, heah, now abut vents again"
- taking questions and just getting into piss matching between reporters and members of the task force and Trump
These became his campaign speeches.
Now that 20ish states are opening back up it's time to shut up, stop doing daily press briefings, and just let the states open back up to normal throughout the summer and let the country move on with life.

I actually think it was starting to back fire. People want to get back to work to put food on the table and keep a roof over their head.
Pubically saying you don't agree with how a governor is opening up the state does no good. Get shite back open.
The longer Trump tries the "gotta reopen safely" bull shite the harder it's going to be to ge reelected even against an old demented guy that will allow China to further erode our country.

I think he's going to focus on "Make American Manufacturing Great Again" as his next big push and part of the infrastructure plan. It will be good because it builds things, creates jobs and repatriates jobs from overseas.
If done correctly this can reverse some of the damage caused by the virus and be the long-term "better" he has been promising.

No, they just wouldn't be as enthusastic to vote. In my city you can see Trump yard signs going up all over and nothing from Biden signs.
Point is that he just needs to stop doing daily pressers that are just stroking fear and making people feel like they can't get back soon. If he keeps pushing "we gotta open safely" when over 100 counties have no active cases, people are going to keep getting more and more angry.
Stop talking, let states open, and life will get back to normal faster than going up there having pissing matches with the media.
People want to go back to work NOW. No more guidelines bull shite. Let govenoers get shite back open and people will just skp the dumb phases. that is how we get going faster.
Dr. Fauci only causes problems and needs to be taken off the TV screen.

I've watched them. Saying things like "if I didn't shut it down, millions would have died" when the data clearly shows it's old people with disease riddent bodies being killed is what gets dumb people afraid. Gotta open safely spew makes it sound like the virus is dangerous when it isn't.
We were never going to have 1 million deaths.
All they had to do was shutdown entry from outside for skill nursing homes and tell old sick people to stay home and when out use protective measures.

I have watched most of the press conferences and agree he's trying to stay positive. But the 4/23 conference was a complete shitshow of his own making.
