Why do you need blind faith? Visas can be revoked for any reason. They don't have to have broken a law or taken a shite in your yard. We don't need a reason because it's not required. Did Biden need a reason to let illegals in? No complaint from the left there. Send people that aren't citizens packing and we cry all day.

What laws did the UNO, SU and ULL students break?

Do you really think Donald Trump personally picked out random international students at UNO, TU, and Southern, and arbitrarily issued visa revocations for no reason?

Take a deep breath and be reasonable.

Did the ULL, UNO and SU students "shite on a coffee table?"

Apparently they did and violated their right to be in this country...

The article states that the school was not given a reason, we used to care about procedural and substantive due process in this country

We do...for US citizens.

Yea nobody is going to jail pal. Just having their visa revoked. No due process needed.

If I come to your house, can you ask me to leave at any time? Or do I a right to stay? If I act a fool and you want me to leave, do I get "procedural and substantive due process"?

In this case did I invite you to my house? If so, when I ask you to leave you must leave. If you chose not to leave and the laws gets involved you will be afforded procedural and substantive due process because the cops won't immediately give you a jail sentence and say you're guilty, that's the procedural aspect. Substantive due process deals with fundamental rights, which does not include staying at a friends house after they ask you to leave

Going to jail does not equal getting your visa revoked. There is zero due process needed to revoke a visa. There is due process needed to charge somebody with a crime and send them to jail. This isn't complicated.

Have they been denied the right to appeal this decision?

So, it's your considered opinion Donald Trump was singled out because Letica James and Alvin Bragg were concerned with reelection?

Nope. My position is that non-celebrities are wrongfully convicted frequently and the board dgaf about them and typically ridicules me when I draw attention to it. It’s quite the double standard considering the lamenting that is done about Trump’s multiple felony convictions.

You mean like his administration did to Rümeysa Öztürk?

I haven’t personally blamed Donald Trump for anything related to this.

Why is this thread so long?

This is Louisiana. This should be bang bang, no discussion when it comes to removing potential terror threats.

Convicted of what?

And you are right, especially if you are speaking about non Americans. They dont have rights and shouldnt. When I die you might be able to give them rights.

They are here to study. Not participate in protests or criminal activity.

You are so stupid that you don’t even realize your own double standard. Typical leftist trash, no principles… just accusations against others about the same thing you are doing
