You’ve become a propaganda mouthpiece. I don’t really see why.

Which part of the constitution states that the USSC has any say in foreign affairs?

Case closed.
so while I agree its a tricky situation, we are now telling our political parties they can just ship someone somewhere and that is that. That is a dangerous road to go down.

Like someone in the Trump administration said today (It may have been Miller), “The gang that was persecuting him has been abolished, so he no longer has any reason to fear them, therefore he doesn’t need asylum.”

Correct.
Anyone can be illegally sent to a foreign country the government has a contract with to detain them. If the government does this illegally (fast) enough, there is no remedy.
Citizen? Innocent? Victim? Irrelevant

If, by duty you mean shite, then you are correct

Show us your posts indicating your concern over the murder of Laiken Riley by an illegal immigrant. If there were none, then quit your bellyaching over an illegal, thought by Prince George county police in 2019 to be an MS13 gang member:
"Following Garcia’s 2019 arrest, the Prince George’s County Police Department accused him of having MS-13 gang ties, compiling documents that included his alleged gang name and rank."
The only thing that happened to him was he was sent back to his home country.

using this guy as your source is a little silly. He has been wrong more than once, and his whole job is make the administration look good. He is incredibly biased

I think what we are telling them is that they can ship illegals who have an order of deportation back to their home country. Everything else you posted is bitchassed bitchassery.

It’s much more credible than listening to your whining.

Why would that matter in this analysis?

However, the rest? Sure, and that is a good thing!
The clear message is DO NOT COME HERE ILLEGALLY
Personally, I am on board with this being the message - it’s long overdue

Are you still trying to defend MS13 gang members and their "rights"?

Why would that distinction matter if the underlying action is illegal?
It's already illegal, my dude, adding more illegality at the outset changes nothing.

As soon as Trump sends an American citizen to an El Salvadoran prison, I will riot in the streets. That’s a promise.

No. Our rights and the Constitution/rule of law.
