Piss on this judge and his kind. These terrorist are just that. And if that ain’t enough, they are also here illegally. They have NO rights to do a damn thing. That includes legal representation.
no....they are actually there to make sure that the executive is doing things within the law. You just don't like it when it's pointed out how the executive is outside of the law and the constitution

The court can also determine if the president’s actions fall within the Act.

Correct. It's simply a check to make sure the act was applied properly. If the trump admin did things right then it shouldnt be an issue at all. If they don't like the ruling they can appeal.

Neither did the Supreme Court. That’s the judge’s discretion part. I shouldn’t have to spell this out for you. Please point me to the portion of the ruling that states the judge determines whether the information is a states secret. TIA.

Nope, nope, nope….this law has been on the book for over 2 centuries and has withstood judicial review buddy. This country, and people like you, have been brainwashed to think this judicial review is typical. Do you know the percentage of nationwide TROs under Trumps administration over the past 100 years? It’s not because his policies are outside the norm either!

You realize that is the administration wanted to really cause an uproar that they could shop a friendly judge (like the Dems do) and sue back to get the TRO lifted. That’s basically how stupid it is that a district court judge can stop everything in their tracks and hold shite up until the Supreme Court can rule.

Who would they sue?

Thats not completely true. It is subject to questions regarding constitutionality . You can't just misapply the act and then hid behind that wording.
