did we move them around to avoid habeas corpus?
Uh, they "lost track" of the guy. You do the maths
And do you think his lawyer had access to him? Or that he even was allowed to contact a lawyer, for weeks? They admit their "error", only to drop the original charges, but implored the judge to allow them to refile
So yeah, they violated a ton of civil rights, and yet got away with it

Not sure why they are upset. He’s getting a free ticket back home and can join the fight with Hamas. He’s getting what he was fighting for.

It was not unreasonable for k9 to think that a reader might actually remember what was written a mere two posts earlier.
No, it wasn’t. But had he quoted it we would not be discussing “mights”.

What exactly made it illegal?
Setting up an encampment and sleeping in the quad, to start. Taking over a school buildings would be my second thought.

Khalil was moved to an ICE detention center in Louisiana. Why is that important?

I remember thinking this about Rex as well, until he finally started letting his true, progressive colors show. I'll never forget him starting threads when someone he disagreed with died and would call it karma. Great example, a gun instructor from some random town died due to being accidentally shot during a training session. Rex gleefully started a tread bragging about how happy he was the guy was dead since he was a second ammendment supporter and republican. Rex wanted you fleeced and killed like every progressive does. Dude was not your friend.
