Hell’s already broken loose for Hamas and they brought it on themselves.
The day after Hamas attacked Israel and took hostages, Rod Dreher at the American Conservative wrote a very brief post to say something to the effect of, I’m not saying I condone everything that’s about to happen, but at least we all know why it’s going to happen, and it will be historic.
That’s pretty much spot on. While reasonable people can disagree with Israel’s tactics, it’s pretty farking clear that Hamas brought it on.
I don’t really see Trump’s statement as much of a threat because Israel isn’t holding back. But if it gets hostages released, it’s a good thing.
