True. You know what’s worse than this? Voting 3rd party, not voting against the MUCH bigger evil, enabling that evil.

And "Independent" doesn't mean undecided voter or swing voter. I'm Independent because years ago I reached a point of frustration with the two party system (uniparty) that made me say F both phony parties... but I'll still choose a Republican over a Democrat any day.

No, you are right. An Independent is a Democratic who eats avocado toast with a venti-latte spritzed w/ soy milk, missing the WaPo's review of Best Sellers and who loves to tell people they decide who they vote for based on the issue.

It is only coincidental that their voting record is in full alignment w/ Jasmine Crockett.

They were much more authoritarian than Trump and MAGA.

Who do you think was more authoritarian? Dick Cheney and Bush Sr.? Or Trump.

Anyone who answers Trump, is an absolute retard. Period.

There should be at least 4 main parties. Conservative Democrats and left leaning Independents get stuck with the far left and Republicans should be split between MAGA and Rhinos. Evangelicals are not represented by MAGA. If they would have had a different legit conservative choice they wouldn’t have voted for Trump.

It’s like voting for cancer or a heart attack. Both parties are destroying us, but the Democrats are the faster of the 2.

I am a registered independent who doesn’t consume mainstream news and can think for my fricking self and form opinions. The same people who shite on independents love to post the quote about George Washington condemning the two party system.

Use the brain God gave you.

It's not hard to understand when you come to the realization that both parties have been hijacked by Identity Politics.

Cheney wasn’t president and the buck didn’t stop with him. Difference is Trump wants to be an authoritarian and says so in round about ways. He set a record by signing 143 EO’s his 1st 100 days in office. Joe Biden signed 162 in 4 years. Obama signed 276 in 8 years.

Trump wants the power to do what he wants and he believes the Courts and Congress should not be allowed to stop him.

Yes. Lately, the Republican Party has put forth candidates that I feel represent me, but not so much that I’d call myself a republican.

Just ask our "above the fray!!!" moderates. They piously assure us that they are too good to belong to either party. Then, in the next breath, they will regurgitate every MSDNC/CNN/HuffPo talking point. Oh, and also post what they think is a "gotcha!" about the President that blows up in their faces.

Yep. I don’t agree with much of the RINO platform. Why should I register as Republican?

You don’t have to register as a republican. You just need to vote as one.

Fetterman isn’t nuts. I’m not registering to any party. frick all that noise.

I’m a right leaning centrist, and probably more right leaning than most of the “MAGA” in this board.

I want very little government. I want lots of rights.

Neither party really wants that and you’re a fool if you believe they do.
