Why is he clinging to mandates when the rest of the world is ripping them out? What "(political) science" is he following the rest of the world is saying to hell with? Is this just an act of him having his feet anchored in and refusing to budge regardless of the steam train heading toward him? Like a kid throwing a tantrum, and half way through he forgets why, but still throwing a tantrum?
