I guess it’s next to impossible for provinces to break away? I don’t see those western agricultural provinces cottoning to this. But, then again, I would have thought the same about the US upper Midwest.

Banks are not closing in the UK.

Lol.

A few branches are shutting down because people don't use them anymore and prefer to bank online.

So why is he not going after rifles I wonder. They were the weapons of choice in Buffalo and Uvalde. No buyback on handguns and no freeze on rifles. He is just shite slinging it seems.

When they regulate assault rifles, you guys complain because 'handguns are the ones used in most homicides.'

When they regulate handguns, you guys still complain even though handguns are the ones used in most homicides.

What is it about Justin Trudeau's recent behavior that makes you think his judgement can be trusted?

He is on the take, he is a Tyrannical little puppet.

Anyone with a brain knows he can not be trusted.

Communist Canada. Good thing we have a constitution and a 2nd amendment to protect us from this.

Canada will be a good example for the whole gun control debate. The violent showdown between Government (Authoritarian) and the People (God-given Rights version) is inevitable. Once Government takes the guns, Government can impose anything on the People. It’s going to be Authoritarian governance any way we cut it. Just a matter of which Side holds formal government power. Next election will be a good indicator of where the numbers are on that.

Check the Daily Mail. Amongst other news like this: is that Banks are closing in the U.K.

Read that over 4,000 bank branches have closed since last year. They’re moving to a digital only model.

Frightening stuff. Black markets and barter economies will be on the rise.

You are right, to be consistent and accurate, we should complain because both violate the constitution.

I would think that the Canadian people would take a look at what happened on Australia and say F no to this shite.

Now aren’t AW only those used in assaulting people, you know like the ones criminals use against people? Mine have never been used in Suva manner but have been used as a deterrence from crime. So they cannot possibly mean the ones that non criminals have. Now it’s also been shown that government employees have used AW improperly so should all government employees give up theirs as well ?

Magazines that hold more than five rounds will also be banned under the new laws.

So “6 shooter” revolvers from the 1800’s will be illegal. Most pistols/rifles/shotguns can hold more then 5 rounds

Apparently you missed the gist of my post. Go read it again and if you're still having trouble I'll type slower so maybe you'll get it next time.

You mean ban.

As far as handguns used in crimes vastly more assault rifles, it highlights the fact that gun control advocates will not be satisfied until a complete ban on firearms. Forget the current "we just need hunting and basic protection" crowd nonsense.

Well, they're not really assault rifles/weapons but AR-15s for example tend to be called assault rifles by media/people.

Technically, an assault rifle would be a fully automatic weapon.

People who would do a mass shooting will be first in line to turn theirs in.

How are people so stupid?
