If only France had banned guns when this horrible shooting using a truck happened.
Or the other 20 truck attacks.

School shootings make for great copy, but are rare. More people die from male breast cancer or plane crashes every year than by mass shooting.

So we should just sit back and accept that?
If everything is relative, should we not do anything to cure cancer or make flying in planes safer? I mean, those things are already safer than say swimming with a great white shark, so who cares?

Its almost like they make people have a license to drive a truck and check their driving abilities periodically. What if they made people have insurance on these vehicles so if someone got hurt or killed by it insurance would have to pay out...

Yeah, others have touched on this but why are liberal gun grabbers not opposed, with their twisted logic, against sports cars. All the same arguments they use against guns are applicable to these cars. When are they coming out to protest them? Hypocrites! I guess they will bitch about sports cars and the dangers they pose as soon as they hold pro-choice protests about not being able to sell their kidney for a profit. Their body, their choice right? Wrong...why is the outrage selective for pet political issues and not the actual principles they claim to support?

A firearm does not kill people any more than a truck or a knife or a blunt object does.
The sick fricks that choose to use these instruments in a deadly and evil way are to blame. Period.

Yeah, except a gun really only serves one purpose, which is killing things.
Knives help prepare dinner, trucks help us get from point A to point B. What else do guns do besides kill living things?

Cancer is it’s own entity. Has nothing to do with planes and sharks
Mass murder is its own entity, it can be be performed just as easily with different tools. Eliminating a tool doesn’t eliminate the problem.
You need to eliminate the source, which is the evil human being trying kill others en mass

Here’s a list of mass murders in 2017. Guns aren’t the leading cause, can’t outlaw vehicles, and I’m pretty sure bombs aren’t legal anywhere.
Guns are the preferred method here but are easily replaceable, are they not illegal in France and England? Does banning guns cure the “cancer?”
