Because using government agencies to create lies to sabotage and destabilize the incoming president and therefore the entire country is treason
It is not, and repeating this idiocy doesn't make it true.

until President Vance uses this very tactic to destroy the incoming Marxist democrat president.
Some of us warned y'all how absurd this could get during the Trump litigation last year.
Y'all dismissed the examples as absurd, and now that an absurd example is being analyzed y'all are trying to move the goalposts.

It’s just another bullet in the armory for those who recognize that some are in fact above the law, and we will only have justice in this country after we take it back from the tyrants.
Well you have your pivot ready when you're proven wrong. At least you're up front about it

That's why your crack pots are trying to expand it into treason and a conspiracy

No fricks given. I call it like I see it. Just a patriot who would like to see his grandkids live in a country that lives up to its charter. As a society, we are circling the drain. As a government, we are so corrupt that mentioning things in the Constitution like equal protection, rule of law, freedom, and liberty makes you a suspected hate group. Collapse is inevitable, as it is with every other banana republic. It’s just a matter of when.

What the hell does this have to do with his Constitutional role and the absolute immunity that attaches?
His Constitutional role doesn’t include using government agencies to destabilize the country because he doesn’t like who won the election. I realize you marxist democrats have trouble understanding this, as the bulk of the Obama presidency was spent weaponixing the federal government against citizens, but damn.

I'm only discussing Russiagate, not something else unrelated that happened in 2023. Russiagate was over by early 2017.
His testimony was about Russiagate you imbecile.

He said the time to do something about it was before the SOLs expired for the Brennan types
If Trey is correct, the SOL on that perjury ran in 2022
We know. You're stoked about it.

You're discussing behavior again, and not the constitutional role

I'm neither. You should sit this discussion out
It's beyond your capabilities

Changes nothing about what I said
Testifying about Russiagate 6 years after it happened doesn't relate to the actions 6 years prior

I’m guessing that in the entirety of the DOJ there’s at least one lawyer that may exceed your understanding of the SOL issues involved in prosecuting all the seditionists.
Could be they even solved the issue before going public with the intent to investigate potential charges. I find that far more likely than your assertion of a months long gaslighting campaign to deflect from Epstein!

And the behavior is criminal and treasonous, therefore outside the constitutional role.

Maybe criminal but immune
Not treasonous. I educated you on this earlier

therefore outside the constitutional role.
If this were the case there would be no immunity, generally.
You're wrong

Information was classified. Only recently been declassified. Don't blame Trey.
Democrats were leaking intelligence information from the intelligence reports even before they were starting to write them. They crafted the information they wanted about Trump and Putin and put it out to the public against the recommendations of their own intelligence assets. It was immediate that the media found out about the classified information/narrative. The only side that seems to get away with leaking classified information or falsifying information are the Democrats. Trey is useless. He was fine letting his Democrat buddies get away with everything.
