I must be an anomaly these days, but I watch the Super Bowl to watch football. Not worry about all this celebrity, fame, who’s in the halftime show, political BS. I’ll just do something else during these 30 minutes instead of being caught up in the virtue signaling from both sides. Everyone is becoming and acting like a bunch of women over this.

Grandstanding is when someone does something simply for the attention, meaning they really don't care about the issue outside of the attention they'll get for it. That's not what's happening here.

You will NEVER get honest numbers for this since TPUSA will be almost exclusively streaming

It would be far better to just not watch or turn off the halftime show. But it would be great if many watched TPUSA.

That's a bit dramatic; however, the NFL has been a take it or leave it proposition for the past decade regarding the halftime show. There hasn't been a choice and now there is one. We'll see if they're able to pull it off and make it successful.

There is a choice....don't watch the halftime show if youdon'tlikewho is performing. It's really that simple.

I quit watching SB when Kaepernick, a devout Muslim, was being supported by the league

I was never a NFL fan, but after the George Floyd BS, and their continued support of all things woke, I quit watching the few NFL games I did tune into on occasion. I have not watched a SB or NFL game in several years now at this point. The pro gamed never really interested me and the NFL supporting a thug criminal and other woke BS basically soured me on any more NFL watching in the future. I never really watched their product to begin with so it was easy for me to quit all together.

Im not talking grandstanding by TPUSA, I'm talking about regular people who made videos last year and this year praising/bashing the halftime shows.

I think you might be to dense to understand the Crusades aspect of my comment....it's fine.

How am I being a sensitive bitch? I don't care about the halftime shows. If I know the artist performing and like them I watch....if I don't like them I don't watch.

If more grown arse men wanna watch a bisexual Hispanic for a halftime show vs the TPUSA event it’s time to break this Republic down into smaller nation states.

This is insanity.

Yeah, what evidence do you have that people are grandstanding about one of the most watched events of the year? It's not like no one watched the SuperBowl then all of a sudden dogpiled on it because it became a big political deal...

You compared this to the Crusades...

Stop being dense.

An alternative to Coke is Pepsi, not the null choice. That's what the poster is referring to.

You want me to link every video people made about 'if you didn't like the halftime show then you are racist'?

You want me to link every video of people saying 'if you didn't like the halftime show you support pedophiles '?

You want me to post every video of 'if you liked that halftime show you are a degenerate'?

I won't....you are a big boy they are easy to find.

FFS. Did you not watch any of the videos people were making last year after the halftime show? It was pretty impossible to miss....

THE PEOPLE MAKING THOSE VIDEOS WERE ACTING AS IF THEY WERE PICKING SIDES DURING THE CRUSADES.

And there are alternatives to the halftime show. Doesn't the puppy bowl happen during halftime? People act as if you HAVE to watch the halftime show. You don't....it's that simple.

Correct. Turning Point is making another alternative. It’s unclear (but also clear) why that bothers you.

While extreme takes, how do you know those videos are created by people who don't care about the NFL/SuperBowl?

No. If the Crusades were people sitting on their arse you wouldn't even be able to reference it because it would be recorded history.

Is milk and alternative to Coke? Dur you can drink both!

No, Pepsi is.

You're being purposefully dense at this point.
