There is something odd about the large tree in the front/right of the 1st photo. It never moves no matter how much wind is blowing. All of the other trees in all of the photos seem to be affected by the wind except for that tree.

I've never seen one with numbers on only half the dial.

HVAC systems are typically a good indicator of the amount of space in a building.

It is far from commercialized. We have a home less than 1/2 mile from there. Lived there 6 years. Google Earth and look for home with solar panels on Eastern Edge of the island.
