Negative. The 3D mode takes topological concerns into account. Download the high res versions of the pics to see that they're most definitely not from the GOOG Maps sat imagery.
Besides, everything is green in the Google sat version. That indicates an entirely different time of the year, as evidenced by the analysis by the aerial photographeranon.
