Trump isn’t announcing support for child sex change in that tweet.
He is listing provisions in the SAVE America Act one of which makes giving children sex changes without the parents knowledge illegal.
It doesn’t mean he supports the sex change of children with parental consent. It just means he is highlighting a step in the right direction that’s in this bill

What it did in fact say was without parental consent.
