The thing is, the people of Texas didn’t get a say. They didn’t get a chance to vote on redrawn maps.
So Crying about striking down maps because the process “feels” unfair just doesn’t land as a genuine concern.

Yet the YES votes just exploded by over 64,000 in that exact window. The NO votes (Republicans) were leading all night and when about 90% of votes were in Democrats squeeze a win by.
