If only there was a group of black people paid well enough to afford some tickets that they could give to black fans so the sea of white faces wouldn’t sickitate Chris Bosh.
Oh well, we can dream.

If Chrissie really wants to get his feelings hurt he should pull up some of the old Indiana high school state championship footage from the Eric Montross and Damon Bailey days when they played it at the Hoosierdome.

Wasn't the actual true story about a tiny school with a tiny white team? That damn problematic factual history getting in the way again

Indeed it was. In fact, Milan beat a team with Oscar Robertson on it in the semifinals. It's one hell of a story. I know some people must be pissed there's no statue to burn down. Maybe they'll torch the whole town instead.

Yep, Milan HS in 1954.
A few liberties were taken, including messing around with who the opponents were. South Bend was their opponent in the movie finals but was their quarterfinal opponent IRL. Muncie Central was the IRL finals opponent.
Fun note - one of the teams they beat was Indianapolis Crispus Attucks, which featured future HOFer Oscar Robertson. That team won the next two titles.

Well Chrissy, if you want a darker audience, I'm sure you can find one at the local playground....how do you think that work paycheck wise? In the meantime GFY

It is loosely based on the Milan High School team that won the 1954 state championship.
And Muncie HS, team they beat, had three black guys on it.... Just like in the movie...

but tickets are expensive, income inequality
Maybe if they payed players less tickets could be more affordable?

We all know what this means.
Coming soon: diversity requirements for stadium seating and ticket sales, especially courtside/front row seats.
The NBA, arena, and team ownership will capitulate to all this and purposely give away/reduce the price of those front seats for AAs, just so they can appear as full of "diversity" on tv.
We all know it's coming.

I agree with Bosh. White people should not support the NBA.
