Today in "Go Woke, Go Broke": Deadspin

For those that might not remember, Deadspin did a piece on how this kid...
...is a racist.
Deadspin senior writer Carron Phillips blasted the 9-year-old boy for wearing “black face” along with the sin of "cultural appropriation" for wearing a headdress, going so far as to call it an example of "racism and hate". The author then chastised the NFL for not “speaking out” against the child.
How's that working out? Spectacularly.

And the writer never apologized for it. Just doubled down on stupid.

yes all the idiots who post the garbage got fired, but what about the owners? they wanted them to be that way, and hired those people, so what happens to them?
did the owners make bank, or lose money on the sale vs what it was worth?

No idea, but the fact that every single employee was terminated at the same time and with only a 30-minute notice makes me think they are going to want the exact opposite from future employees.

This is what’s weird. You buy a company and then fire everyone? What are you keeping, just the name? It isn’t like they have some great infrastructure.
