What’s the number?
Federal revenue in 2004 was $1.88T.

In 2023, it was $4.44T.

After months of defending Elon, are you saying he is wrong?

And the things this bill cuts would still be covered at the current levels.

And the deficit would be gone.

There are only two options. If we're not electing Republicans, we're electing Democrats. It's amazing you need this spelled out for you.
Cool. So no link, just aother strawman. Your binary options suck, and are a false dileema fallacy. But thanks for playing.

At this very moment he's pretending making these tax cuts permanent is in line with something Bernie Sanders would do, but by all means you keep white knighting for him if you'd like to make yourself look like an idiot.

Yes I think he is wrong about this bill and I think his coming out so hard against it is going to jeopardize support to make any DOGE cuts permanent in future bills.

Maybe you're right. But we are getting 1) Fully Funded border wall 2) Permanent Trump tax cuts 3) No tax on tips/overtime 4) Funding for ICE to deport illegals 5) A start at cuts to Medicade. Everything I want, absolutely NOT. But all of them are GREAT for the Nation.

I’m not advocating for electing Democrats. I’m advocating for Republicans to act like Republicans. A bridge too far in your estimation.

Ok, well in that fantasy world I guess you get something there.

Do you think that's likely to happen, or do you think they'll just pass another continuing resolution and deal with Dems to make that happen?

Do you dress up in drag for your story hour? Or just a regular dress?

No one is white knighting for him. I'm asking you where he said what you claim said. Where did he oppose those tax cuts?

Populists are anti elitists. You folks were always going to turn on him at some point.

Nope, not strawman. I stated I want Republicans to remain in power past 2026. The only way to oppose that statement is to support Democrats gaining power. There is no other option.

Interesting. So you're a big fan of the Murkowski, McConnel, Romney, McCain style Republican Party of old?

Oh no, I would love for the conservative Republicans to start acting like Republicans so the "moderate" Republicans wouldn't have so much power. Unfortunately, they suck and just like to whine and complain and get nothing done.
