Which is funny considering that Obama himself said that trump calling for 3% gdp was unrealistic and irresponsible. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so is there anything that can be done to help these people understand their flawed logic?
Rather than rambling on about how your leftist progressive friends are insane let's just attribute their delusion to mass TDS...it's really that simple.....your personal account of this type of behavior is not unique, it's ubiquitous.

Well my friends who are left leaning are somewhat open minded. The few family members who are left leaning will not even discuss any matter. They know one thing, and one thing only. Trump bad, socialism good. Even though they can’t tell me why.

I understand that, I am not saying my situation is unique. I am trying to point out their hypocrisy because I know we all have this conversation, and some of the liberals on here will inadvertently respond to this. Which means they too will have to face the fact that their thinking is not only flawed, it’s illogical.

They've gone back and forth between "because Obama and because Trump" like 4 times since Trump was elected.
Liberals have no actual principles.

Tell your friends that "the road to hell is paved with good intentions". Barack Obama "wiretapped" the Trump Campaign...and did it on fraudulent evidence paid to Russians by Hillary Clinton. And the irrefutable evidence of that will soon be in the public sphere. If that don't convince your friends that Obama was not what he projected...then they are hopelessly self-delusional/Cognitively Dissonant...for whatever reason.
