Former Colorado country clerk Tina Peters has been sentenced to 9 years imprisonment for conducting an independent investigation regarding election fraud. Prosecutors said Peters was “fixated” on voter fraud after the 2020 US Presidential Election and took it upon herself to investigate the matter. “I’ve never done anything with malice to break the law. I’ve only wanted to serve the people of Mesa County,” she told the court.
This is very important.
Remember when Comey allowed Hilldawg to walk for destroying subpoenaed evidence and for having an unsecured email server with classified documents on said server? Remember what Comey said his reason for allowing Hilldawg to walk?
Comey said no reasonable prosecutor would seek charges against Hilldawg because Hilldawg showed "no intent" to break the law although she destroyed evidence after being informed not to destroy said evidence.
I wonder why Tina Peters was not afforded the same legal grace?
FBI agent Clinesmith doctored FISA warrants in order to get a FISA judge to approve the FISA warrant and he was given probation and allowed to walk.
I wonder why Tina Peters was not afforded the same legal grace as Clinesmith?
Are we seeing a pattern here?

10 FBI whistleblowers – who warned of ‘political weaponization’ and faced retaliation from Biden admin – reach settlements with DOJ
Ten FBI whistleblowers punished by the Biden administration for reporting instances of “political weaponization” within the bureau will receive lump sum payments for damages as part of settlement agreements made with the Justice Department, officials announced Tuesday.
“These 10 whistleblowers’ brave actions were met with intense bureaucratic blowback that caused severe financial and emotional hardship,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said in a statement announcing the settlements. “Their lives were upended for years, but I never stopped fighting until things were made right.”
“I appreciate Attorney General [Pam] Bondi, Deputy Attorney General [Todd] Blanche, Director [Kash] Patel and Deputy Director [Dan] Bongino’s unyielding efforts to prioritize accountability and bring closure to these whistleblowers’ cases.”

The ease and viciousness which the judicial state went after those tried to uncover the truth is nothing short of Soviet era brutalism.
And yet because of TDS in the manufactured narratives of good Americans trying to follow the letter of the law as being Maga idiots? American should be rioting in the streets, but instead we’re ordering Uber eats and watching Netflix.

If nothing else, it’s distracting when you play with yourself in front of everyone and then declare how much action you get.

From Internet AI-
Overview of Whistleblower Prosecutions Under Obama
During Barack Obama's presidency, there was a significant increase in the prosecution of whistleblowers under the Espionage Act. This marked a departure from his initial promises of transparency and support for whistleblowers.
Key Whistleblower Cases
Chelsea Manning
Background: Chelsea Manning, a former Army intelligence analyst, leaked nearly 750,000 classified documents to WikiLeaks in 2010.
Conviction: In 2013, she was convicted of multiple offenses, including violations of the Espionage Act, and sentenced to 35 years in prison.
Sentence Commutation: After serving seven years, her sentence was commuted by President Obama in 2017.
John Kiriakou
Background: A former CIA officer, Kiriakou disclosed information about the use of waterboarding by the U.S. government.
Conviction: He was sentenced to 30 months in prison for leaking classified information.
Significance: Kiriakou was the first CIA officer jailed for sharing government secrets with the press under the Obama administration.
Impact on Whistleblowers
The Obama administration's aggressive stance on prosecuting whistleblowers led to a chilling effect on those considering reporting government misconduct. Critics argue that these actions contradicted Obama's earlier commitments to foster a more open and transparent government.

No, that’s what you would do. As your brothers and sisters did during the summer of love.
Tim McVeigh was most likely a CIA MK ultra project just like we saw happen with J6, a false flag.

The 315k clerical error did nothing to change the outcome of the election, though.
You are a goddamned idiot. They certainly changed the electoral votes on the presidency whether or not it would have changed who won the presidency. ALONG with the senate races, the state races, and local races. Do you think we are stupid? GFY.

Why not keep the data herself?
Of all of the arguments, this is a very poor one.
Releasing it into the public domain when a. Government is presumably attempting to delete evidence of election fraud is a very reasonable course of action.

Looking back on it all and what we now know about all of James Comey's deep state preservation / actions, he was going to bury the evidence for Hillary.
He was never going to allow it to harm her.
He was going to tie up the loose ends.
