Morocco signed the Abraham Accords. Spain's PM supports Palestine and repeatedly calls Israel's actions in Gaza a genocide. Spain is being punished.

Morocco has been a tremendous ally of the United States. Literally the first country to recognize our independence in the 1700s.
Morocco is also the neighbor for Europe that we wish Mexico was for us. They have served as the border enforcer for the EU for several decades. I’ve been there, and I can tell you that sub-Saharan Africans are not treated well, both officially and unofficially.
