Should have been elected 4 years ago. His challenger has dropped out of the race.

The impact on an average Louisianian's pocketbook from this guy's decision making can be huge!

Yet, no one really ever pays attention to this position. Lousianians get raped and pillaged by its insurance companies!!

Not since Jindal came in has there been an opportunity to benefit all Louisiana with prospective and well thought out policies.
Jindal obv dropped the ball.
Here’s to hoping Temple doesn’t follow suit.

His challenger dropped out because the Temple camp was about to threaten to disqualify him.

Apparently this is the trendy thing to do now

I’m aiming high, let’s hope he continues the recent streak of Commishes that don’t go to prison.

If it were easy for insurance carriers to turn a profit, we'd some other than LA CITIZENS to cover South LA

We’re about to elect Landry, so the raping and pillaging by trial attorneys will continue.

This

If insurance companies are getting their asses handed to them in court then they should handle claims better before it gets to court.

Say what you will about trial attorneys but what the hell are you supposed to do when a giant company refuses to honor the promise you paid for in advance?

Because a job for people in Louisiana is running insurance scams.

Assholes stage car accidents. What kind of low life does that? Oh yeah, people from Louisiana. And in the Nola case, got a lawyer helping you.

And this is me not boot licking insurance companies. frick them too. But it’s like the cops thing. How can I blame every cop when we have citizens out here shooting kids in the head? What’s the bigger problem?

Exactly.

I've seen business people give to all candidates, especially in close races, in order to hedge.

Crawfish prices and insurance rates about to go up.

Doesn't matter who is the Commissioner.

Lololololololol

I'm not going to say there aren't bad insurance actors out there, but true bad faith claims (not where its just alleged, but actual bad faith) are a small percentage of lawsuits that are filed
