Zerohedge Article

quote:

Appearing on MSNBC, Ryan stated that America needs to “move out of this age of stupidity” and into an “age of reconciliation and reform.”

“How do we fix all of these broken systems?” Ryan posited, adding “Some of those answers will come from Republicans. Not the extremists that we’re dealing with every single day. We’ve gotta kill and confront that movement.”

This right after Biden saying that Maga republicans are "extremist" and Hillary compares Trump supporters to Al Qaeda.

There is a reason they want your guns.

I wonder would MAGA (Make America Great Again) be OK were it not associated with Trump. In my lifetime there has never been a single American citizen the occupies the brain of every single American (50% of which is an obsessed hate). An now his supporters are being attacked with what's likely illegal warrants. We would have to improve to be considered a Banana Republic. Sad time..... Never thought I would live to see what once was a great country. Never without warts, but still a great country.

They fundamentally do not understand the Trump MAGA movement.

They created it.

Trump is/was the attempt to cure the disease. Our corrupted government.

Trump is a private citizen but everything gets worse, why?

Because the disease still rages.

Trump is not the problem. He was an attempt to address the problem.

No. They equate it to a time when white men where respected. Now, all liberals hate white people and especially white men. Make America Great Again means returning to the days before equality over competence was a thing.

I get wanting to lift up women and minorities, but not by tearing down a fully functioning society that's taken centuries to create.

It really is mind-boggling to try and comprehend how they don't get this.

The extremists on the left side of the aisle have already taken full control of the Democratic Party. They control the levers of power. Need evidence of that? Just look at how fricking fast every single Dem politician falls in line with the outrage du jour (BLM, #MeToo, etc.)

They don't want "answers" from Republicans; they want capitulation or, if we're being honest, their complete eradication from the political process.

The "adults" and moderates of the Democratic party are either politically neutered or are already long-gone.

MAGA was a response to this.

The Tea Party had nothing to do with Trump and look how they were treated. Search for "tea party are terrorists" and see how many links there are.

One article was that 26% of Obama supporters viewed the tea party as the nation's greatest terrorist threat. Sounds really familiar, right?

I think it is the fear of anything that looks like a potential third party. The establishment doesn't want anything to threaten their power hold on this country.

Trump is the face of MAGA so going after him is "cutting the head off the snake" but the purpose is to keep us in our little groups. We are being herded like cattle.

Amen brother.

They are the problem. The entire Democrat
Party and Uniparty Rs - are the entire problem.

Among the government Trump is a threat. Their FBI bullshite and spying on all of us- is total and complete defensive self preservation. All it it.

They are the problem. We will solve it.

Yeah - and Obama making his world tour denouncing the US and apologizing for all of the atrocities we committed all the while doling out foreign aid like candy.

The order of the political purge

1) Trump <---Attempting to purge now
2) His inner circle <---Attempting to purge now
3) His family <---Attempting to purge now
4) His most vocal and powerful supporters <---Attempting to purge now

(Looks like they're knocking out multiple steps at a time Michael Corleone style. Smart)

5) The rest of his supporters <--- Prepping for these steps
6) Those that questioned the election at any time and in any way <--- Prepping for these steps
7) Those that still refuse to denounce him <--- Prepping for these steps
8) Those that didn't denounce Trump soon enough or loudly enough (where Mitch & Co. get the axe)
9) Those that dissent on any view of the Left (never Trump Republicans get the axe)
10) Those that aren't vocal enough in their support of the Left (silence is violence)

Insert covid and they effectively separated the bulls from the herd. No one could gather and talk about what they were doing. Everything was filtered through social media and MSM.

If you would believe the polls...
On avg. Vance has a small lead. While Dewine has a commanding lead in the Governs race.
Should put Vance over the top.

I don’t really want to call you out but I feel compelled to do so.

I obviously don’t know you IRL, but based on your posts here you seem to be a highly intelligent person with above average education. You also seem to be an unfailingly honest realist and a good judge of human nature, good and bad, and possess not only a well-defined set of traditional conservative moral principles, but a healthy endowment of common sense. From my reading of your online persona on this forum, you represent the exact sort of person this Republic needs to survive the current perfect storm of corruption in which it is presently engulfed.

Despite all these overwhelmingly positive attributes, you were completely taken in by Bill Barr. You stated over and over your complete faith in him and what he was doing to protect the President and enforce the law on the enemies of freedom and justice.

Obviously, you - and to be fair, many others here - were flat out wrong.

How can you be so certain that “we will solve” the mortal wounds that have been dealt to our liberty when someone with your superior discernment and love for freedom can be so thoroughly bamboozled?

In short, how can you trust that anyone in a position to “solve” things is truly on our side?
