I trust Myself and my fellow countrymen, and the structure that was put in place in 1789 way more than Bill Barr.
There’s no swamper breathing air that could cause me to lose my faith in the man upstairs - and the wisdom that formed the structure of our system of government.
When it comes right down to it- we the people run this country - and we the people fell down on the job over the last 50-60 yrs. Any belief in a higher power by necessity comes along with the right of redemption. Our own power hasn’t gone anywhere. We just have to reclaim it.
We can fix this country, because only we the ppl have the power to fix it. Nobody -not Barr, Biden Trump - no matter who - has the power to fix this mess without us.
Keep the faith always. Never stop believing in redemption. We are still that shining city on the hill. Our freedoms are our birthright. Don’t ever forget that. We can never, ever give up on ourselves.

We have to start to believe the nutty things they say and quit blowing them off as hyperbole. Even when Obama first took office they were talking about "domestic terrorists " being the greatest threat to the country. Remember Janet Napolitano? They were just telling normal people that they were going to make them the enemy if we didn't allow them to do whatever they wanted to enact their fundamental transformation of the country. Weaponization of the DOJ and control of the Federal Court system is the bedrock upon which they knew they could force the change upon an unwilling citizenry. They can basically jail anyone they want for no reason if you don't let them have their way. There is no more hiding their intentions. They think they have reached the point where they don't have to hide it anymore. Maybe they have.

I wish I had your optimism, though. My generally cynical nature leads me to expect the worst. Lately I haven’t been pleasantly surprised very often.
