Sounds similar to what the Rothschilds wanted in return for getting USA involved in WWI. WWII brought about the creation of the Jewish State called Israel. Hitler was actually cooperating with the plan.

Hitler used nationalism and socialism to get elected. Then banned all parties. And if you didn’t fall in line you were jailed or killed. Usually both.
