So Thune is using the Save Act to keep his fellow RINO in office? Speaks to the character of both Thune and Cornyn.
Paxton will win if supposed muh principled Republicans vote. If they are stupid enough to not show then they’ll face the day when they will either lose their freedom and their religion shoot to defend it.
This smells a lot like that Georgia race where Trump endorsed a candidate that MAGA did not like. Trump lost and so did MAGA.
Cassidy is next. Albeit I talked to a lady today that knows him well. Said he a good Christian and guy but when challenged on his sorry votes, just cowers.
Democracy is no better than the honesty and wisdom of the electorate. It won’t last much longer for obvious reasons.

Hate to be Debbie Downer but let me tell you how this goes:
1. Trump endorses Cornyn.
2. Cornyn wins.
3. The Senate passes the SAVE Act with a constitutional poison pill.
4. As midterms approach Dems sue.
5. Judicial branch places an injunction on the SAVE Act while the case in the judicial branch.
6. Dem register TF out of illegals.
7. Rs lose the House in the midterms.
8. Temu Obama becomes new Speaker.
9. SCOTUS finally gets to the SAVE Act case and it's ruled unconstitutional due to the poison pill introduced by the Senate.
10. Cornyn and Thune are laughing.
ETA: Texans vote Paxton.

Paxton should step up and say, when John Thune and John Cornyn pass the SAVE Act, I would honor that by resigning from this race. Two Johns... You're on the clock to America. Pass the SAVE Act.
