Regardless of any budget surplus the trend in the state now losing more people than it gains does not paint a picture of a place doing things the right way where people are flocking to be.
Unless all those stories in LA and the Bay Area of crime run amok, needles and human shite on the sidewalks and tent cities that stretch endlessly are all made up.
California was once the greatest state. Beautiful countryside and can’t beat the weather. Unfortunately, the loons in the largest cities and in Sacramento have done what Leftists do everywhere and have turned it into your typical Libtopian shitehole where you’re either so wealthy as to not be affected by it or too poor to escape it.
