Pinecone is a simp

Yet he wonders why he’s out. He gains nothing from voting this way as it was always passing the House. Now he just looks like the obstructionist he is.

Here's what's in the bill he voted against that the desperate Republicans attached a new save America act to

quote:

According to reports, Massie is leading a bipartisan effort to strip Section 219 (formerly Section 224) from the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which seeks to combine and integrate U.S. and Israeli defense technology.

Let's give up our military sovereignty to a foreign country to get democrats to vote for it though.

Do you dipshits realize we already have a joint defense partnership with Israel or actually read this section of the bill? We have similar agreements with every nato nation as well.

You guys are literally acting like this section of the bill gives Israel ownership of our country or military which it has nothing of the such. The 3 biggest advocates against this section are Thomas Massie, Ro Khanna and Rashida Talib.

He voted yes when it was a standalone bill and passed the House. If you want to be mad at anyone, be mad at Thune for not putting it up for a vote in the Senate. I don't know why the MDS crew thinks attaching it to this defense bill is gonna help it pass the Senate.

Representative Thomas Massie did not vote against the Save America Act itself, but rather voted against a specific legislative rule (H.Res. 1099) that advanced the bill. Massie stated that he would vote in favor of the legislation on its own, but objected to the procedural rule because it suspended normal House proceedings and permitted spending bills to reach the floor without a 24-hour notice.

Sounds like a homo type story I've heard, but I'll refrain.

quote:

Massie frequently votes against these types of procedural rules, citing a desire to protect traditional legislative processes

Ah yes - the tradition of corruption and malfeasance.

quote:

While he supports the core provisions of the SAVE Act, Massie has also argued that Republican leadership should prioritize other key issues.

What's more important if you're not a Democrat?????

That's a merry band of idiots there. There could not ever come a point in time that I would be happy to find myself closely associated with that group for any reason.

It’s a mistake to attach this bill to the defense bill. They should have brought the SAVE Act up as a stand alone bill for the exact reason that Massie voted no because I don’t like Section 219 either -it’s our technology, not Israel’s.

The very fact that the idiot Republicans thought that they had to attach the SAVE Act - an act that 80% of voters want - to the Defense bill pisses me off beyond belief. And you can probably bet that’s not the only crappy thing in the Defense bill.

I don’t see how leftist calling others populist can be a dig. Your party is literally asking for votes by saying they will steal from the rich to give to the poor.

And it’s unfortunate that you don’t realize that Trump is merely a hammer being used by the American public. The same public that delivered the popular vote in the 2024 election. He’s just an instrument …. and we don’t care if you like the hammer or the noise it creates …..as long as it gets the job done.

We just want shyte fixed.

I mean, you’re a leftist, you just don’t have the ability to defend your positions so you only attack other’s.
