Its worse than that. They claim it isn't a big deal and we have to welcome these people here and give them everything we can, free. They create commercials talking about how "welcoming" their city is when they are hundreds and hundreds of miles away from the border.

Now that they are getting a fractional amount shipped in the tones have suddenly changed dramatically. It is hilarious, and wackjobs like the people at NPR can't see just how funny it is.

LOL. So its up to every day Americans to police illegal immigration? Let them all pour in on false asylum claims, then jail your neighbor for frickign treason because he unknowingly hired a roofer who has a few illegals on his crew? Should I ask for papers before I pay a kid to cut my grass? And on what authority do I have to ask for those papers? How long before Hispanic Americans start suing the pants off of everyone for profiling?

bullshite. Republicans were going to build a Goddamned wall across Texas and Arizona to stop this, and Democrats were ready to shut down the Republic to stop them. Every time you hear someone make the "both sides" argument, you can bet your bottom dollar its a leftist trying to justify their party's bad behavior.

I'd like to see some of the farmers around here get tossed in the can as their entire workforce is made up of illegals.

And asking for a green card isn't going to get you arrested for profiling. lolzzz

Wealthy leftists like to pretend they are the "champions" of second class "victim" groups. Not because they actually care about these people, but that pretending to do so provides them the basis to express their "moral superiority" over others. All one has to do to know this is accurate is to look at their actions, not words.

Wealthy leftist don't want to live anywhere close to the "victims" for whom they "fight". And they sure as hell don't want them showing up in their neighborhoods. That's because it becomes REAL when it happens...not just the source of vapid virtue signaling. Every white leftist I know who is very vocal with their virtue signaling on social media somehow all live in wealthy (or at least nice) neighborhoods, weird?

Do you ever notice how angry leftist politicians/leaders get when a group of their "victims" show up at their doors protesting? Or how every time a Republican wins a major office we get a cacophony of celebrities threatening to move to Canada? Why not Mexico? Canada is the "whitest" country in North America and the weather (winter) is brutal. Mexico is MUCH more diverse and has MUCH nicer weather. Seems like THAT is the place they'd prefer to live over lily-white, and cold, Canada, right? Yet none seem to threaten a move to Mexico.

The point is that they just want to virtue signal from far away. All I can say is they better hope their "victims" don't one day figure that out.

Same with construction crews. Most are illegals who live in "the valley" just across the border. They pay on average $6,000 per person to the coyotes to smuggle them across each time they cross.

Your premise isn't wrong, but it's a dumb point. Canada is just a little bit safer than Mexico.

Why the frick is it anyones problem that illegal immigrants aren’t getting busses to their requested locations once they enter the states?

I work in the agricultural sector. These guys were cracked down on HARD in recent decades and farmers, at least the ones I work with in TX, LA, and FL are using the H2-B Visa program. Its an old talking point thats no longer relevant. Most illegals are working in construction and domestic service work now.

I laughed when I saw it on the news last night. Someone said how horrible it was for these people riding on a bus for days. You mean an air conditioned bus with a bathroom? Stopping for meals. Yeah, right.

Yep. Compare and contrast the TX —> NY/DC part of their trip to the previous parts.

exactly, so the answer isnt to stop them from coming in - its to allow them in by the millions, then arrest and jail americans who are just trying to coexist with them.

It seems an odd solution to me. Let a foreign national break our laws, but the minute my Grandma gives him 20 bucks to cut the grass so he can feed himself - throw HER old arse in jail.

Of course it is. You and I would probably choose to move there for that reason. But you and I aren't threatening to leave this "racist", "bigoted" country...to move to the LEAST diverse nation on the continent.

That's the point. The US is such a racist, bigoted nation that they celebrities want to get as far away from the "victims" for which they "fight". The same reason they champion for "poor second class black people"...behind the safety of gated communities and $5 million plus homes. It's all bullshite. They don't actually care about helping these people. They just say they do to prove their "moral superiority". Let a group of 10 poor Guatemalans show up at the front step of a leftist celebrity...they will be run out of that neighborhood in a hurry!!!!

Bidens been flying them all over the country and dumping them uninvited, plus letting them pour into border states, same.

Let the libs have some of it.

NO!

Most of these people are here on quasi-"legal" asylum claims now. Many are working under H1-B and H2-B Visa programs. Thanks to the left, these larger companies and unions have found the work-arounds. The only people "going to jail for treason" in your world are the regular folks or small, local business owners who live and work with these people. You are suggesting we let up to a half million foreign nationals per month break our laws unimpeded, but arrest Americans for giving them work. That's insane.

These talking points are old, and they werent sincere when they were relevant. The dynamics have completely changed.
