1. Austin TX - Armed protester points his AK at surrounded motorist and is killed. Despite firing 5 shots at point blank range, the gunman did not hit anyone in the vehicle.
2. Louisville, KY - Armed protester accidentally fires his weapon injuring 3 co-marchers.
3. Aurora, CO - An armed protester shoots at a motorist who refused to stop, injuring 2 co-protesters on the other side of the road.

Is it confirmed the rioter fired the 5 shots?
I heard 5 then 3, it was claimed the 5 came from the car and the 3 was fired from the rioters as the car left.
