You, and the 5% were always voting for RFK or Biden.
The conviction won't help neocons and neoliberals, sorry try again next time.
Maybe Jeb! or Kasich will hop in and keep the Iran deal and ME dumpster fire going. You live in a red State so write-in Avril Lavigne. Who cares. Your gloating OP means nada.

90% of undecided voters don't matter in a Presidential election because they either : (1) tend not to vote in line with their apathy or indecisiveness or (2) live in one of the 40 states that is solid red or blue regardless of the candidates.

But it will shift the 5-7% who are moderate to Biden or third party like RFK. Alternatively they may refuse to vote
If they don't vote or vote for RFK (the protest vote), it's a wash and means nothing. The only thing that hurts Trump is undecided legitimate voters voting Biden instead of him. Will some of them chose that path because of what happened today? Sure. Will they outweigh those who are "emboldened" by this nonsense, specifically in swing states? Who knows.
But at the end of the day Trump will *should* be campaigning against Biden's record of sky high inflation, economic malaise, foreign policy disasters, unbridled illegal immigration from Central America pouring across the border and increases in crime, blight, drugs and other social ills.
Let's face it, unless you are a fast food worker, hedge fund manager or military contractor working for Ukraine, the world has become a darker and more troublesome place in the last four years with few signs of changing.
"They" know this and that's why they are going hard to the paint with all of lawfare and propaganda. They know people are sick of all the bullshite coupled with their failure to prevent or fix all of the aforementioned problems.
So the real question is will undecided voters vote based on a drummed up legal technicality involving a bookkeeping record that has ZERO effect on their life or will they be thinking about whether their kids will be able to go to college or ever afford a home and start a family or will WW3 break out.
Now, here's the rub. The onus of making the election about THAT is on Trump. The media will not hand him that gift and will instead try to make the election about HIM and his volatile personality and whatever petty criminal bullshite a rigged justice system has thrown at him. Unfortunately they know he takes that bait and loves to make things about him. He has to resist and focus on the issues most Americans are drowning in and ignore all of the personal harassment. I'm not sure he can do that

Want to bet? Watch the swing states. The margin will only get bigger.

I am in this camp. Several of my friends are in this camp. Regardless of what you think or want to believe, we are out here.
Really? Y’all are threatened and influenced by openly corrupt show trials? Your dainty delicate high minded principles justify putting Biden in four more years to complete his destruction of the Constitution and his dismantling of the Republic?
Honestly, I’d respect an illegal’s vote for Biden more than your faint hearted choice. At least their vote was bought with a cell phone and some gift cards. They got something tangible. You get nothing and sabotage everything and everyone. Full stop.

This Verdict Will Affect the Undecided Moderates and Will Shift the Election From Trump

What is a moderate, in your estimation?

It’s a witch-hunt - pure and simple
I want DJT to win and actually do what needs to be done - scorched earth on these roaches.

Why do the most venomous TDS'ers always pretend to be undecided or moderate?

Honest question - I'm not going to call you names or anything like some of the others here What does this verdict in NY state court actually change, when it comes to your views of which presidential candidate to vote for? If you're not braindead you obviously realize Biden is practically a walking corpse at this point and none of his policies have benefitted the middle class, nor the US on the world stage. So what does this verdict (that essentially only adds a Wikipedia footnote to Donald Trump's name) change in that regard?
I can only speak for myself, but here’s what it is for me:
I have voted Republican in every presidential election in my life, but that’s just how it happened to fall. I study the issues and the person, keeping an open mind all the way until Election Day.
I recall 2016 had a lot of similarities to 2020 and the pending 2024 election; neither one of the candidates were particularly popular. In 2016 I was on the fence between Clinton and Trump. I voted for Trump because Comey revealed more on Clinton’s misuse of classified information and I didn’t believe an elected official should be given more responsibility after that.
Regarding this election, I have also been on the fence. However I decided months ago that I cannot and will not vote for Biden. His age and mishandling of the border are the two biggest issues for me.
Now that Trump has been convicted, I don’t see myself voting for a convicted felon for the good of the country.
I don’t know if many posters realize that now Trump cannot even vote in the upcoming election - Florida doesn’t allow convicted felons to vote. How could I possibly vote for a candidate in this position?
Trump can return to private life and maintain the support of his followers. If he does, history will be kinder to him. I will not vote to give him more responsibility in government when he now can’t even legally own a firearm.

You weren’t ever going to vote for him. This just gives you a good justification for it so you don’t feel stupid or embarrassed to admit you’re voting for Biden
