Face it, these are political appointments like every other GO, especially 4-Stars at this level...
The only issue I have with it is the obvious photo-op for Biden and the fact that Kamala is being spotlighted when she sucked her way to the top and these other ladies probably earned their appointments...

Firing missiles from a bird and being on the ground during a firefight is two VERY different forms of combat.

Politics aside, Gen. Richardson is an insanely competent and efficient leader. She isn't the one to label as a token promotion.

Assault is UH-60. Land troops and equipment.
Attack is AH-64. Provide fire support from the air.
