By and large, many black customers suck.

Just playing devil’s advocate I really don’t give a shite personally. Behavior like this is more about the parents than the kid anyway. A kid that acts like that is more than likely not receiving the best parenting

It's a learned behavior. Probably from seeing older people doing it.
Either directly seeing it, or videos of people doing it.
All I'm gonna say is that the older people don't do this in cities and towns where people are concerned about legal repercussions.
