I think we’re in a hold onto your butts situation here. But the trajectory the Left and compliant Right had us in requires some shitty things to be done in an attempt to get a course correction. I’m not sure how this ends but I have no doubts about how it would’ve ended had things not changed in November. Sometimes you have to gamble on yourself because all other options have been tried to no avail. Don’t blame Trump for that. Trump is the reaction to decades of failure. That also doesn’t mean that he has the exact solution we need. But we couldn’t continue on this downward spiral we found ourselves in.

In 2022 the S&P went down 25%, Nasdaq down 33%. 2 consecutive quarters of negative growth. The only reason the market was so good the last 2 years is the AI craze and Mag 7 propped up the market. And government spending and money printing propped up the GDP. There is a long way to go before things are that bad.
