This is the first time in my life that I want the republicans to win everything

I. As middle of the road as it gets politically. I can vote for both parties. There are things I believe in that fall into both parties. But after watching from afar this absolutely shite show all the way from chaz to defunding the police to letting people loot and burn business because they are mad to just the complete utter nonsense that I can go on and on about
I really want the Republicans to win everything. And I’m talking about mayors, governors, state assemblies, city councils. fricking everything. There needs to be a huge push back that this stuff won’t stand. It’s not good for anybody. Blacks, whites, America. Period
I can live with that for four years having one party just dominate lawmaking and thought
After that I will go back to fighting for some of my democratic views again

Welcome to the party but I have to tell you that the very thing that is driving you to this decision is your fault.
People like me have tried to tell you that the left was serious about their rhetoric for decades.
There are things that I consider myself socially liberal on and always have. But I have no idea how so many so-called moderates didn't see the obvious. None of what you are seeing right now is new. None of what you are seeing right now wasn't already predicted
But all the moderates out their loved to Pat themselves on the back for being so reasonable

I was with a friend today who is a teacher. He generally votes democrat but has voted for Republicans before. He can’t stand Trump and is voting for him in November. He said the democrat party has lost their minds and have no platform for middle America except everyone is a racist who doesn’t toe the left wing socialist line.
He also said that regardless of what side your own, China is a threat everyone should be concerned with. He said he trust Trump over Biden to deal with China and the economy in general.

Decades of compromise has gotten us to this point.

I think the Dem Party is in the cusp of completely transforming into more radical. They're purposely pushing out their Moderates and filling in the ranks with absolute Marxists.
