Trump will not get 10%. 30% is laughable and quite frankly utterly ridiculous.

I would dampen the enthusiasm a bit. Two years ago, Trump likewise had an approval rating of 36% among black voters, yet only 9% of blacks voted Republican in that year's midterm elections. In other words, just because black voters approve of Trump, doesn't necessarily mean they will vote (R) at all.

Granted, presidential elections are a bit different than midterms. But 36% approval does not automatically mean 36% votes; they're very different things. The black votes for Trump will likely be far lower than 36%. For whatever reason, they may approve of Trump but not actually vote for him.
