This looks like the art of the deal, and a shot across the bow to Iran IMO...Dude is trying to solve the NK and Iran problems, as he went alone with NK, and was at odds with Rex on the Iran deal....

No. Russia sells them weapons that they can't reverse engineer. The biggest thing North Korea gave them were yono submarines that can't submerge most of the time and if they do submerge then it doesn't surface
